Whatever it is, blatantly ignoring red lights is definitely in the wrong. U can see that they did it twice in a row. How often they had done it we roughly can guess. Cyclists in Singapore tend to pick up bad habits among peers. I often had to shout at bad cyclists at red lights to shame them. Of coz i did it when I had my group with me. Anyway I recently quitted my road cycling, after more than 30 years. Ride safely guys! Teach the beginners and younger generations good habits.

Penalties should be made harsher if elderly involved. When they fall, the injuries may never recover completely unlike younger folks.
