Name + date of birth + company they work for.

Good idea bro. Same for drivers who doesn't slow down at zebra crossing. Make them stick their name, birth day, company, family's name and age, all on the outside of car. car should have 10 car plates for this purpose.

If we drivers find them a hazard bus drivers definitely encountered them more often

I heard from a bus drivers it pointless to feedback many bus driver already voice out nothing will b done to stop them
