expensive parts. the kid will be robbed. best to crush the bike to smithereens, then give the cube back to them with the bill. hehe. just kidding - better to pass it to Pakcik. Pakcik needs bike to exercise.
In this case then mount it onto hdb exercise corner let ah ma ride

Pls don't even bother to give fine, it will be their parent paying, and they will learnt nothing.

Give the appropriate punishment by taking their freedom away. Put them under harsh probation and ankle monitor to tag them. Sure will learn to behave.

All six cyclists will be charged for not riding close to the left-hand edge of the road.

Of the six cyclists, five of them will also be charged for failing to ride in an orderly manner and two of them will be charged for riding a bicycle on the road without wearing a suitable protective bicycle helmet.

One of them will be charged for using a bicycle not equipped with a working handbrake and one of them will be charged for using a mobile communication device while riding.

Penalties

The offence of failing to ride close to the left-hand edge of the road carries a fine up to S$1,000, a jail term up to three months, or both.👈

In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offence carries a fine up to S$2,000 or a jail term up to six months, or both.:s13:
