Seems our SPF is powerless against this sort of thing. Anyone remember there was this case of a bloody Karen woman who block the entire carpark preventing cars from exiting because she was not happy with something. She just switched off her car engine and parked her car at the exit for hours. Even police came and there is nothing they can do. Only can persuade her to leave. Something like that.

We need to ban cycling on pedestrian walkway and road until there is law to deal with this nonsense. Restrict cycling to parks. You want to block from morning to night and feed mosquitoes nobody will be affected. We should print this guy’s face to show your support to ban cycling.
