Those cycle do not have road insurance and they will not pay for any car damage caused by them. Maybe only a few honest one will. But hello, who will be so honest and I hardly met any honest people on earth.

The law should make it compulsory for all cyclists to fix a license plate on their bike so that they can be easily identify in cases like this.

As u well know, tis is not up to us. Also u know d situation. In tis case if tat fella nv held up traffic n refused to bulge. I dun think police will take tis seriously also.

Of cos we hope drivers will get fair treatment when they r not at fault.
