The two police that arrived at the scene need to be taken to task? They let him off with a warning. Not SPF. Says investigating, so which is which. SPF nowadays also follow MY U turn policy?
All police will submit their reports to their IO, lnvestigating Officer, it's the IO responsibility to decides whether to proceed further or close case.

They cant be bothered to do anything.. basically if you kanna this kind of king of the road, as a driver can only blame ur luck… that’s how bad the situation is…

Only until it affects gdp then the govt will take action

For example, a cyclist hit the car of a big investor and then the investor decides to pull out of Singapore because of that

Or a cyclist causes an accident that stops some important people from reaching the airport on time and misses an important flight

Very unlikely to happen until it does

I want to see how close...because some drivers really ceebee, purposely drive very close to motorcyclists and cyclists. This driver maybe deserved it lol
The video shown that the car shifted more towards the right when over taking the cyclist.

They expect the van to lane change for the cyclist?
