With due respect, the cyclists were adhering to the rules ,they did no wrong

Safe Cycling: Always ride in an orderly manner and with due regard for the safety of others.
Group Size: Cycling groups must not exceed a maximum length of 5 bicycles if riding in single file or 10 bicycles if riding two abreast.

Think ride at speed on local road need to be careful. As the road condition not that good. Poor surface and alot of debris and such. Can easily buang if too fast at turning.

Nowadays the roads widen from 2 lanes to 3 lanes, 3 lanes to 4 lanes….

Lanes now narrow, don’t have buffer for fat cyclist, yet can’t expect whole lane of cars to tail a cyclist…

really hate it when I pay road tax and have to give way to them during peak hours
I pay property tax but still got to let carpark be built under my blk and taking up precious space which could make my flat bigger

Road tax is for the carbon emissions from your car

I am using Tharman definition, not your unknown unrecognisable definition:

The basic objective of our road and vehicle taxes is to control congestion on our roads. Through upfront ownership taxes, road tax and fuel tax, the Government seeks to manage road use.

https://www.mof.gov.sg/news-publications/parliamentary-replies/Singapore-Road-Tax-Structure#:~:text=The basic objective of our, seeks to manage road use.

Cyclists never pay road tax, ignore traffic rules and block motorists. That’s why they are so disliked.

Wait till a bicycle can produce carbon monoxide first then talk about road tax
