There has to be some fairness. If cyclists are banned on roads, then pedestrians should be banned on cycling paths or jailed for obstructing cycling paths.

To be clear cyclist should be restricted to PCN cycling track and no where else. No cycling in void deck, pavement and overhead bridge. Please nether these people that have disabilities in reading signs when they are caught.

Actually why need cycling path. Should be pedestrian only path and shared path. Pedestrian only path is to protect the vulnerable elderly and young. What does cycling path achieve?
