Who right and who wrong?

I always feel the rider should slow down right?

Everyone pressed for time and $, that's the default behaviour. We(pedestrians) see, we siam. Praying mantis dont stop a cart, ya.

The faster object/vehicle shld always give way. Or riders/pmd users shld just practice this "just bcos u have the right-of-way, doesnt give u the right to run them over".

For all our satki maths score, going slightly faster, isnt going to make much difference, u get ahead, < 100m another traffic junc, reach the block wait for lift, go up wrong one (some old blocks dont have pass-thru corridor), still got waiting time for orders etc.

Just curious, slow down liao then what, crawl behind the pedestrian?

Think it takes both hands to clap. Most tend lose it on such. Generally, think bike should slow down to pass on pedestrian, and pedestrian should give way to let faster user pass, not hog the path. But most of the time both are just in their own world thinking they own the world. Others should give in to them.

Haha town council place those railing barrier that don't allow pmd and bicycles not to pass thru. The gap is too big. And make those bulky pma with boomer difficult to pass thru
