Sedap! I recently visited and ate at the S17 community kitchen at Blk 57 Lengkok Bahru.
The Nasi Padang was awesome especially the beef rendang.
Founded by Raymond Khoo of The Saturday Movement, this
kitchen was started during COVID to employ several local residents. https://www.thesaturdaymovement.org/
Our Central S’pore CDC where I serve as mayor is working on a project to locate local jobs for residents near their homes. Part-time, permanent, blue or white collar jobs. #localjobsforlocalpeople
If you know of any ongoing job opportunities in other neighbourhoods of Central Singapore, pls contact me or Central Singapore Community Development Council - CDC.
