Actually if DPP continue to gov Taiwan, China tourist will not able to go Taiwan right?

All along tourists and businesses from both sides are still able to travel, just that when DPP is in power there's no direct communication between both Taiwan and mainland. I think there was some disruption of travel during COVID-19 and Taiwan just or about to resume to let tourists from mainland to enter
