Support local product is one thing... lax approval process and QC is endangering people's health. Blocking vaccines proven to be more effective for political motives also.

Actually it's not that he is the most logical one, just that the rest prefer to serve their own or own party interests as priority hence making decisions that seems illogical to the people. It should be Ke is the least corrupted

I would say it's because he is less binded by obligations and loyalties that allow him to say what he wants. At the moment Ke-P is TPP and TPP is Ke-P. Its good at the current moment for PE purpose but TPP needs to grow beyond this for long term survival. I think he knows that too. I am just not sure how exactly is he going to deal with this.
