I have same thinking as you but I prefer the remain status quo, if one country two system it will be under the five star flag which I don't want to see. However the benefit of being under five star flag is that DPP will confirm be out. I support the blue sky white sun red land flag all the way.

Only way we will accept this is if Mainland is no longer communist. And you cannot appeal to new voters by aligning yourself with CCP, look at the age group of the newer voters are either white or green.

I hope so too. Even as mainland didn’t have elections, their leaders was subjected to switch under Deng policy in a way holding them accountable, and before that under Hu/Jiang they kept the promise of not interfering with HK.

Although William has come to a set right this is because of the majority of the voter he's currently slowly taking away things that represent Republic of China in his heart there's no such thing called Roc.
