60% for foreigners, no way a property can appreciate beyond that in the next decade. The interest rate hike has already started to see victims, see the number of bank sales in q1 2023.

some pty agents serving rich clients might be under pressure to backdate otp. how many will succumb to that.

Can I buy property in my child's name Singapore?

While a child (i.e. a person below 21 years old) does not have the legal capacity to own a property in their own name as yet, their parents could nevertheless buy a property for him or her by way of a trust, which allows the child to beneficially own the property.
