For e.g the font size and change font. Its matter of working style difference, she changed font and size for you to see the edits. But lady boss insists she is stupid to do so and want font to remain the same. If so, indicate your wish for ppl to follow your style nicely, workers will follow ur instruction and change accordingly.
As for samantha/talent handling, looks like lady boss is taking it personal & playing favoritism. Choosing Aiman over her. And want to force ppl out of contract. Looks like all these young influencers signed a contract that is unfair towards their treatment and handling. NOC can suka suka change jobs against their benefits. Quite surprised, nowadays still thing happening in the industry.
I dunno whether SC will be bothered to explain herself.

As for favoritism, you should know that it is happening in most office.
Some workers will always get the light projects and get promoted all the time.
It is nothing new.
As for their contract, the company is training them to equip themselves to become a influencer.
They have to cover mountain and cover sea all the time.
If they feel that the contract is unfair, they should not signed it in the 1st place.
Their assignments are subjected to changes whether they like it or not.
Sometimes, it is the customer request or the boss's decision.
If it is the boss's order, they also LLST.
(Some places are still run like sweat shop so that they can survive.)
My point is simple.
There is never any fairness or equality in most work environment.
They are right in leaving the toxic place due to the abusive boss.
But, there are certain things in the office environment that will remains in most of the places they go.
Things such as favoritism or unfair treatment from the boss.
