It's just SME my friend. Lol, Talent Retention; pardon the Talent pun here lmao, is non-existent. And most don't even have a proper HR professional to properly define the scope/R&Rs of each employee. So resulting in no real measurements for the performance of the Employees, the Towkays can simply tell you they don't like you so your performance is not good and there's no one daring to oppose the Towkays because well, they're the Towkays/Paymaster so they 'Own' you and they're always definitely right. Lol.

It all about how much can the Towkays can milk. It's like they discovered an avenue to make money, they will keep milking it over and over again with no real future planning in sight which is why it will remain SME or just dies out awhile once the milk dried up.
Ya, Sam should lodge a complaint to MOM.

I dont see issues from the ex staff.

For e.g the font size and change font. Its matter of working style difference, she changed font and size for you to see the edits. But lady boss insists she is stupid to do so and want font to remain the same. If so, indicate your wish for ppl to follow your style nicely, workers will follow ur instruction and change accordingly.

As for samantha/talent handling, looks like lady boss is taking it personal & playing favoritism. Choosing Aiman over her. And want to force ppl out of contract. Looks like all these young influencers signed a contract that is unfair towards their treatment and handling. NOC can suka suka change jobs against their benefits. Quite surprised, nowadays still thing happening in the industry.
I dunno whether SC will be bothered to explain herself.
Or else we will never know and see the full picture.

As for favoritism, you should know that it is happening in most office.
Some workers will always get the light projects and get promoted all the time.
It is nothing new.

As for their contract, the company is training them to equip themselves to become a influencer.
They have to cover mountain and cover sea all the time.
If they feel that the contract is unfair, they should not signed it in the 1st place.
Their assignments are subjected to changes whether they like it or not.
Sometimes, it is the customer request or the boss's decision.
If it is the boss's order, they also LLST.
(Some places are still run like sweat shop so that they can survive.)

My point is simple.
There is never any fairness or equality in most work environment.
They are right in leaving the toxic place due to the abusive boss.
But, there are certain things in the office environment that will remains in most of the places they go.
Things such as favoritism or unfair treatment from the boss.

can you even imagine the extent of the damage done to all those innocent young syt xmm chiobus duahnehneh that worked with noc over the years under this highly toxic and abusive person whom was once the boss’s wife OMG I remember one video she even ask is the real? And proceed to ghastly squeeze it in jealousy until the poor talent cry.

Almost everyone jump ship already lol... Isabelle, Grace, etc all shoot Sylvia (Indirectly). Only those boji humji kia and chaoahgua like Aiken and Aiman don't dare to speak up since they like to por ***** and scared to offend Sylvia.

You say who or who is underperforming but how do you justify? He/She at night is still sticking around with the crew or waiting for his/her turn in the neverending filming - that is also time spent in work. Weekends still need to work or continue filming or head over office to brainstorm or read scripts and think of ideas.

NOC is already an established media company. I am not convinced that they cannot customize a role for their staff. No employee is truly useless in a company. If you behkan then say behkan, that means you cannot even create a new idea to project the strength of your employee.

Even if the employee is the worst you have seen since your birth, you still have to solve things amicably and formally. Your other employees are watching.

Using vulgarities only increases hostility and bad blood, it will never improve any relationship at work. In addition, it destroys any positive morale in the company.

Erm, I don’t agree with Slyvia behavior and to me it’s toxic.

But I was sharing an example of what’s a proper (and respectful) way to manage an under performing employee, or at least in a proper company, where her under performance has to be justified (on paper) and shown that she has been given proper support and opportunities to correct them but did not. But ig NOC is just a SME.

whether Sam was under performing a not, work long hours, pretty, I don’t care and I don’t know. But even if I give Slyvia the benefit of the doubt that her employee was really under performing, her behavior as a boss is lacking in EQ and class.

as for vulgarities, I’m not easily offended. I’ve worked with people who will say things like “the f***** printer not working again”, and it’s not directed at anyone. nobody will go complain him.

but when it becomes “you f**** retard, ask you do this also so slow”, it becomes abusive and in my current company, if there’s written evidence/recordings and someone is willing to make a formal complaint to Hr, slyvia would have been investigated.

I also dunno.. Aiman and Aiken sure stay la those two chaoahgua sure don't dare jump ship one. Surprisingly Isabelle jump ship since she is quite a fresh talent. Seem like the Zi Jie also still humji, quite surprising from him. He still keep NOC in his bio.

Isabelle jump to RenoKing under Ryan (not really jump but she under RenoKing since its start). The remaining (newer) talents not sure. Got Gabriel, Chantelle, Nicole and Samantha
