High pay little work.
See the whole team of cpf staff standing around the entrance.
Most of these cpf staff are Uni graduates including those answering your questions as customer service officers.
This simple jobs need uni graduates?
worst of all, their jobs is very easy and limited as they only need to attend to the fixed limited no of clients with appointments only.

To me, this is a serious leadership problem... Usually it rots from the top. If the incumbent can't even run the TC properly... let alone at national level .. furthermore, no competitions and free flow of money into cpf .. no one cares.
