I watched his interview with CNA.. quite a composed and well spoken young man wiling to step forward for the nation. I hope WP can roped him in for the next election. It would have stand a better chance of getting elected.

100% agree. He is a breath of fresh air. Hope he realise he can’t do it alone by himself and will have to find a strong opposition party to join and become someone great inside and make Singapore better.

自星期三（4月23日）提名日起，网上陆续出现许多抨击人民行动党马来族候选人的贴文，内容试图通过煽动选民情绪左右选情，要他们支持反对党候选人。

这些贴文由本地人发表，多数主张更积极地推进马来回教社群的权益。

根据《联合早报》观察，提名日当天，一名曾在本地担任回教宗教教师，现居马来西亚的男子努尔德罗斯（Noor Deros），在脸书上贴文批评主管回教事务的社会及家庭发展部长兼卫生部第二部长马善高，称他没有维护本地马来回教社群的利益。

努尔德罗斯因此呼吁追随者，支持工人党候选人费沙。他声称，曾与工人党代表见面，讨论他所提出有关维护马来回教社群利益的诉求。

马善高和费沙都是淡滨尼集选区候选人，马善高是行动党团队领军部长，工人党副主席费沙则率领四名新人出战。

努尔德罗斯曾在2014年发起“穿白”运动，呼吁回教徒穿上白色服饰，以抵制声援同性恋群体恋爱自由的常年活动“粉红点”（Pink Dot）。

爆料脸书专页Vigilanteh，随后转载这则贴文，质疑淡滨尼集选区是否会因此出现种族宗教政治。Vigilanteh的贴文之后被另一名网民转载，并在论坛网站提出有关种族宗教和政治的讨论。

除了努尔德罗斯的贴文所引发的讨论外，网上还出现好些与努尔德罗斯立场类似的论述。

例如，名为皮乌斯（Pius Gilbert Louis）的网民星期四（24日）上传贴文，声称马来人已厌倦马善高，因为他是种族主义政府的棋子。

同一天，另一网民以回教妇女在工作场所戴头巾一事为例，表示支持为马来人发声的费沙，同时批评马善高没那么做。

头巾政策是备受回教社群关注的课题。经过多年讨论，政府于2021年允许在公共医疗机构服务的回教徒女护士，可依照个人意愿选择戴头巾上班。
