Smaller parties will generally avoid three-cornered fights against major opposition parties like WP, PSP, and SDP once these larger parties announce their contested constituencies. This is because failing to secure at least 12.5% of the votes would result in the forfeiture of their nomination deposit, leading to a waste of election funds during the contest.

These small fry parties already make noise and show hand to chope 5-15 seats for this election but the major parties are smart and never show their hand yet. In the end the small fry parties can only contest in PAP strongholds like Sembawang, Nee Soon, Ang Mo Kio and Jalan Besar and only 1 or 2 GRCs and SMCs

worse is how she even hoard eggs during a egg shortage crisis where normal citizens are place a buy limit in supermarkets . . can even say its from friend, then del and change photo. really speaks her character

Nowadays I barely eat at hawker centres, usually tapao most of the time.

The tables can be in really bad shape without cleaners frequently coming to wipe them

The whole "PAP vs Opposition" theme is a divide-and-conquer strategy. When the people are too busy fighting amongst themselves, they would not be able to sit down and properly think over how badly they're getting screwed.

The strategy has worked well.

But wp really quiet, last 1 2 year only aim for policies with really extreme ends, those that only affect a small group of people. Nothing really life changing.

No bias in anything, just factual datapoints.

If u ask me, pap did do alot extra, go overdo with the change in PM etc and now prep for cabinet shuffle. U see WP playing safe, bothered with the saga and town council and thats it.
