Four male youths were seen behaving strangely in Punggol on Jun. 24.
The incident occurred at Punggol Town Hall at around 1am.

According to Shin Min Daily News, the teenagers had reportedly smoked "zombie vapes", also known as "KPods", which are vape products laced with etomidate.
According to the Health Sciences Authority, etomidate is an anaesthetic agent and is classified as a poison under the Poisons Act.
Side effects of etomidate, include nausea and vomiting, uncontrollable movement or muscle spasm, and psychosis.
What happened
A member of the public filmed a video of the incident and it was posted online.
In the video, four teenagers could be seen acting strangely.
One of them was seen lying on the ground, while the other three were stumbling around in a zombie-like manner.
It was not known if they were play-acting.
Of the three who were stumbling around, one was wearing a black shirt and shorts and was seen walking around unsteadily for a short while before falling down.
Another teenager, who was wearing white, staggered towards one of the other teenagers and hugged him.
After doing so, the teenager in white proceeded to squat on the ground.

Police report made
According to Shin Min, the person who filmed the video reported the incident to the police after leaving the scene with his friends.
A reporter from Shin Min visited the area where the incident occurred and observed that it was located near Waterway Point and Punggol MRT station.
Place to hang out
Teenagers in the area told Shin Min that many people often gathered there to hang out as it is spacious and convenient.
They said they did not personally know the teenagers in the video.
An interviewee told Shin Min that he suspected that the teenagers in the video had smoked "zombie vapes", which is why they were walking unsteadily.
Under the post on Instagram, many commenters expressed concern that a growing number of teenagers are vaping and that they should seek help.
Some commenters also felt that the authorities should take more stringent measures to control the use of vapes.
Allegedly vandalised property
According to Shin Min, nearby shop assistants said young people often gathered in that area at night and frequently vaped there.
They also raised concerns about cases of signboards being deliberately vandalised.
One of the shop assistants told the Shin Min reporter that the young people who frequent the area usually go there to cycle, eat and vape.
He also mentioned that he once saw about 50 teenagers gathered together.
He further added that at the start of the year, the signboard outside his store had been damaged.
He said his boss filed a police report, but he was not sure if the perpetrator had been caught.

Aiyo, just let them die lah…..not as if they don’t know the dangers of vaping. If the source not eliminate, hospital will be flooded. More n more zombie in public places.
nicotine is already addictive enough on its own, why would they need to lace itIt’s possible, given the fact that vapes are illegal and their source could be “contaminated” or purposely laced with these drugs to get the youngsters to be addicted.
Once hooked, they will keep going back and that’s money for these kpods pushers.

if me i will take away their clothes and leave them lying naked on the floorIf me I will take a crowbar and headshot them saying it's for self defense
All schools are good schools lehWhy are we regressing
