how come i see some ppl seem to be jumping from Citigold to OCBC Premier? how is it better? OCBC did not even indicate the interest on their premier website...

Received SC letter too. Tomorrow going to branch and screw them. I have more than 200k for the past few years untouched and they give me 4 visits. Wtf?

hm surprised to hear this. I called into customer service and they told me 24 visits not limited to 1 guest per session, you can bring in any numbers you want.

That's so strange - the T&C on the website states very clearly (with an example) that multiple guests are allowed.

The Free Visits defined in clause 5 above comprises visits by the Principal PRB VI Cardholder as well as visits by any guest that the Principal PRB VI Cardholder chooses to bring to the lounge. Each accompanying guest counts as one (1) visit. For illustration, if a Principal PRB VI Cardholder is accompanied by two of his/her guests, it will count as three (3) complimentary visits.

Anyone with PB here ever received any call from agency doing detail "Customer Feedback Surveys" or "Customer Satisfaction‎ Surveys" on your RM, the PB branch & their teller services?

Today I got a call from a agent for a local bank which I have PB, the agent asked very detail questions on the services provided by my RM, branch & teller services and what can be improved.

I think this is good as some of the service provided by some PBs are horrible.
