Are you new to SCB priority? i can refer you if you like. :s13:

Dont waste the referral gifts can split.

SCB priority AUM very easy to maintain, can use stocks to qualify as AUM, brokerage also quite competitive at 0.18%, currently i am charged $4.99 flat per trade

Hi can you pm me? I'm keen to apply for scb priority. Let's split the referral fees

Just received news from my Citigold AO that Citibank have revamped their Citigold Miles promotion recently and intro a new type of savings account (Money Market)

NTB Citigold (250k) can get you 65k miles + 600 cash + prestige card waiver.

Your deposits also can get around 1.57%p.a over the period of time. (Maxigain + Money Market)

Those interested, pm me and i’ll pass you my AO contact (she’s really responsive and knowledgeable). she’s the one incharge of account opening that’s all. If you need a referrer, can put me and ill split the referral reward with you as well.

Am keen too. Please pm

you can reach out to me for any of the 4. DBS treasures only $100, the foreign banks better benefits for welcome and referral.

PMed.

Miles is definitely more worth it... IF you will use it to redeem premium cabins. If not you're better off with cash

Am considering to sign up for CitiGold.

SGX holdings count as AUM? Does it count as "fresh funds" for welcome bonus?

Anyone has good AO and RM?

Thanks. I got your PM but can't reply cos I don't have enough posts.

Noted that you seem to have priority with many banks. Which do you think is the best?

My main consideration is actually most value in terms of interest earned on cash savings. Wasn't even looking at priority till it was surfaced during my search for mortgage loan refinance.

My main consideration is actually most value in terms of interest earned on cash savings. Wasn't even looking at priority till it was surfaced during my search for mortgage loan refinance.

OCBC/UOB/DBS has their special savings account which is decent if you credit salary, which ranges around 2%-2.5%p.a, but amount is capped at 70-100k.

Stanchart/HSBC has decent of around 2%p.a interest rate but you need to move money around very often as it's always a 2 months promo.

Citi has their MaxiGain which allows up to around 2.5% p.a interest earned on amount up to 150k, but this involves a counter system and to achieve the full 2.5%p.a (actually is 1.2% + 70% sibor), it will take a year for the full interest to kick in till perpetuity.

Every bank has their own special accounts, it really depends on factors such as how often you need to touch the money, how much money you have etc etc.

I personally like MaxiGain the most because of the decent amount cap ($150k) and it doesn't really come with a lot of conditions such as salary crediting, giro, having to increase your monthly balance etc etc.

Hope this answers your question.

Yup. I have the uob one and ocbc 365. That's why considering maxigain. But like you said, maxigain needs 1 year to get full effect.

Although can just open the acct for counter first, the welcome bonus for citigold kinda makes up for this 1 year. This is why I am considering citigold.

Is the welcome bonus only for ntb or just fresh funds?

Yup honestly maxigain is not bad now especially if you couple it with the new money market account for Citigold.

Welcome bonus only for NTB. Must not have existing bank account with Citi.

Yup I don't have any account now. Have their credit cards only.

get either HSBC Premier & SC Priority first, then get CitiGold to maximise all available welcome & referral rewards. CitiGold/MaxiGain need to keep longer term to get highest interest.
