I havent got my letter. Singsaver keep telling me checking with bank. Bank keep telling me Singsaver system issue.

I received a letter from OCBC saying that I will be issued the Premier Banking Visa Infinite, no annual fees, and if I don't want it, to contact them. I didn't apply for it....

Since there's no annual fee I guess I'll just keep together with my OCBC Frank card locked up somewhere (also lifetime fee waiver).

The Frank card is worth $5 because of its transitlink cashcard feature, not sure if the visa infinite got any value or not.

Citi told me that for June ending period, the Ipad will only be available in mid-December. Is your redemption letter instant? As in you will get the ipad now or in December?

Citi told me that for June ending period, the Ipad will only be available in mid-December. Is your redemption letter instant? As in you will get the ipad now or in December?

I have already collected my iPad from Challenger at Bugis Junction after receiving the letter from Singsaver too weeks ago. It is an iPad Air 4gen model. Only Rose Gold color.

really weird. why Citibank give me a screenshot with PDF saying for those open account by 30 June, June period, ipad will only be received in December I keep checking with Singsaver, they say they checking with Citibank. Then my Citibank operations manager say they already sent Singsaver the master file of everyone eligible.

I deposited 1st July same as @banyan8 then gotten my $900 early October. but this ipad thing is still unresolved. Citibank keep saying sure can sure can. sure got ipad while singsaver keep saying checking checking zzz

i just received the $900 from citibank (after 3 months - i thought it was a longer wait than that.
1) can i withdraw the 250k now?

iPad is from Singsaver
2) is it to wait another 3 months latest, though already 'qualified' for it. can anymore confirm?
