Normal customer is $10k max. If $20k max then is not normal customer.
I happen to have very good service from them. Compare to UOB is thousand miles different. UOB is really bad.

Oddly enough
HSBC is quite bad imo. they didnt even bothered to respond to mails or calls. so guess the service is selective.

I think u are taking it the very wrong way.
As much as a high salary plays a huge part,
A millionaire can be made with a 3k salary
If he/she makes the right investment choices.
My post has no intent to make anyone feel lousy or bad.
All I am saying is, be very smart with ur money and spending choices.
And if I may just quote an example of one of my investment choices,
I bought a certain unit trust in year 2005 which guarantee me 4% a year.
My 100k initial investment has got me guaranteed returns which I have
Banked in and reinvest in other stuff . Interest collected so far is about 47k as there are some years where they performed better than expected and gave 6%
I bought the UT at $1 and now if I were to sell it, it seeking at $1.74 the last I checked.
U go figure .
