I have been a treasures client for 2 years now. I concluded that besides the treasures centre, there is zero perks that you can have for being one.

At least UOB has the high yield account and OCBC has the slightly higher interest for their fix D. All bonds and ipos you can get at par or much better price from a broker than from your RM.

Agreed. Was a DBS treasures client for years, didn't find it useful at all:s13: HSBC Premier is another one which i find simply useless...

Doesnt change a thing. Seldom que in banks, seldom call. No extra perks that enables you to make your money work harder. Their credit cards are also mostly uninteresting.

1) Not much a need for branch services. DBS and HSBC never had FD rates so attractive that i needed to place FD with them and placing promo FDs which can't be placed online is the only reason that i ever step into a branch.
2) Not useful, don't find the CSOs manning the treasures hotline any more intelligent than the normal ones.
3) Well, if you have joint a/cs with 3-4 family members, the total FAST limit per day will equal the premier banking one.

If really want to do "wonders", if you can take risk and got 50k to 150k to roll consistently, I am sure the RM can do wonders for you because they value your business.

Those consistently role products are that few, ELN, CLI, high risk products.

Other than "Access" to those higher risk and sophisticated products, I don't really see any benefit eh.

Do you ever get charged if you fall below 200k?

And if so anyone managed to get waiver for it before? Thanks in advance

Never got charged before & they even waived my card fee

ANZ signature priority

Hi..

I am starting an account with ANZ signature priority coming Monday and there is a referral program. If you have an existing ANZ banking account, can pm me asap and we can split the referral fee?

Thanks..

Why anz compared to others ?

good rate + sign-up cash bonus translate to around 1.7% pa and plus referral fee
at maturity, simply roll over by opening joint account with mum, dad, in law etc mum, dad will get sign on bonus as new client, u get referral.
these r for priority banking, min $150k
PB centres are not crowded, with free coffee
interest is paid on day 1 of account opening (instant interest)

any comments abt SCB priority banking?

thanks

SCB was quick to call me about not having enuf $ to maintain the PB status. Dint use any of their other services at all & never spoke to anyone there. My wife was not offered PB status though she qualified at time of placing deposit.

ANZ PB never bothered me after leaving just $5 in the account for a long time & kept our status. The biz development manager still keeps us posted about their promos ... In general, more personable service compared to SCB

how abt ocbc and maybank, anyone had bad experiences with fall below fee of privi banking?

i have a family member was with ocbc premier.

the moment it fell below 200k, letter came insisting on top-up by when. didnt comply. zhun zhun that same day, was un-tagged as a premier customer.

very poor service i would say, with no intent on retaining customers. didnt even bother to find out why the funds were moved out (maybe cos they deem us to be small fry ba).

Serious question.
If i example, take a $1 million plus housing loan from X bank, will X bank grant me priority banking status?

Eligibility criteria for Standard Chartered Priority Banking
To enjoy the exclusive Priority Banking membership and all the benefits and privileges that come with it, simply maintain a minimum of S$200,000 in deposits and/or investments, or maintain S$1.5 million in housing loans with us.

This is obtained from Standard Chartered website

Anyone knows which privilege banking offers FAST day limit of more than $50k? I know UOB is able to, what about other banks?
