Hope you have the money and time to prepare enough steam chicken and eggs in order to hit the recommended 1.5-2g per kg body weight daily protein intake target for muscle building.

Heng, I never take the protein powders and shakes at all. Sometimes, I do take protein bars only. Every day, I took different types of meat & eggs as the source of protein. Steaks are also proteins.

Not surprised..... some sources don't bother to do proper decontamination of the powder. Or got mixed process uses.

why did they omit testing infant milk powder? i'm sure the results will be shocking as well
