I just only realised that my contact list is sorting most contacts correctly, according to first, last name and also displaying them the same way.

however some chinese named contacts can't be sorted? no matter what I select, (i prefer sorting and displaying by first, last name), one example is 小姨 always comes up as 姨小. Even though first name is 小 and last name is 姨.

any ideas?

Not sure if there's any workaround for this. But maybe u can try putting 小姨 as first name and leave last name blank.
