Content creation laptop

Asking for a friend here, any recommendations for a laptop for editing videos and audio for posting on youtube?
His budget is around 1-1.5k.

U buy Mac... U get 2 advantages... Apple's own software, the FCP and u can even subscribe to to Adobe's software for more advance creation...

U buy Windows, only option is to go with Adobe or with some other editing software...

FCP itself easy to use... At least from me as my workplace last time just require FCP... I started in secondary school using Vegas Pro which is hell...
Adobe obv is way more advance then FCP but require some time to learn...

Budget wise... U can't get a Mac with that... Can try 2nd hand market + top up a bit... Or just buy Windows PC with good specs... Other thing u can do is build a PC using that money but obv not portable....

I, myself sometimes get confused when choosing for my nxt laptop as my life revolves around the editing, content and all sorts of similar stuff... Just do your research for the best device money can buy...
