Continuing to Masters from PSB

Hi, I'm currently a student taking a Computer Science degree (from Coventry University) at PSB Academy. I'm planning on continuing my studies to a masters degree at a local public university (NUS/NTU/SMU). So, would it be possible for a student from a private uni to go to a local uni?

when i was matriculating at NTU last year, i saw quite afew people holding Murdoch Uni diploma scrolls, saw their transcript got the kaplan logo.
