You can see it as a different pov.

If you have ready cooler to be used, you could actually dont really need to spend on cooler and go for the X model.

The price difference is around $30.

If you have no cooler to spare, and you really need to overclock it then best is for you to buy the non X and with that spare $30 you could buy a new air cooler.

Or if you really see it as budget constraints, then best is to go with non X.
