This is nothing new. Convergent has sold on Shopee before - the X-mini speaker for 7.90.

Shopee is a good platform to move low value items though not the place to sell expensive stuff like GPUs, with the discount codes being so low value.

Also need to consider what is the cost to Convergent to list a shop on Qoo10 or Lazada. Sometimes they end up passing the cost of operation to the customers, then after the discount coupon still same-same.

Also need to consider whether, by creating an online shop they will alienate their retail partners etc etc.


Nonetheless hoping to see more items on whatever online platforms, for e.g. crucial SSDs
