Yes only some mobile shops with the SIM cutter will able to do it for you by paying about $3 fees, last time i had this done in shops selling photo/phone cards.

Telco do not handle cutting of SIM card and will do the replacement with charges involved.
Then you have to transfer contacts between the SIM cards.

Change your sim card at telco shop, they provide 3 in 1 size.

not sure if your telco provide free lost sim replacement. I've tried this every time and it worked for me and my friends, call up your telco and say you lost your sim+phone. They will ask you go down their shop to get a new sim card for free. Hence you do not need to pay. But please use other phone to call to report lost sim.

This will works in the past but not sure for now as this depend if they change their policy &or T&C.

Due to their recent promotion on Free SIM cards for new sign up and some Telco will find other means to take back this revenue lost.

For example before Starhub come with Free SIM card for new mobile plans, i was able to request for free replacement via means of reporting lost SIM cards. But when the new mobile plans started, replacements of SIM card on whatever condition including lost SIM card has to pay for the cost of replacement.

Get a nano Sim adapter, trace it to the micro Sim card and use a good scissor to cut it~ if you afraid that you might damage it, use a nail clipper file to file it to the correct size~

The right Sim card is the one I cut, doesn't look nicely done but it still work~ the left is comparison of an actual nano Sim~ :s22:
