Cooler Master Aura sync issues

I have a cooler master ml360 rgb AIO (Aura capable) and Asus Z390 board. After making all the necessary connections, the AIO does not show up in the aura sync software. The aura sync works though. Anyone else facing the same issue? Any fix for this?
