I believe is for the coming month, any 1st timer who goes into the showflat can just pick. Whoever hand is faster gets it. Thats all I believe.

After the 1st month, then it will be open to 2nd timer also.

Normally Developer will not discount price. They have to answer to the owner that bot earlier.

If price needs to go down, it will. Don't think developer care about that. Agents are supposed to explain to earlier buyers, otherwise why give the fat commission. I'm not saying price will go down for copen or even Gaia.

No reason to drop price. The demand for ECs is still so high. Just wait for after Tenet and the people will go back go Gaia as last resort

Like what I said in the past, 73% sold out means developer can actually price higher, after all developers are given 5 years to sell.
