Yeah was wondering as well. For RMA can it be rma at either corbell or convergent or have to check is corbell or convergent stock before going to whichever rma center it is from? Very confusing. Also will the price differs and compete with one another since there are 2 distributor now?

How to tell which distributor stock it is from from the ryzen packaging, will it have the corbell or convergent sticker?

You are a genius.:) Corbell service centre is near my place. Not that the chance of RMA a cpu is that high but it would be good. How to tell which cpu is service by Corbell ?:s8:

It's easy guys.

1) The serial number is on the CPU itself. Eg. F39xxxxx... is the serial number.
If got issue (touchwood), just call Convergent or Corbell and we will verify who's stock is it.

2) The easiest way is to keep the box. Our warranty stickers are on the boxes. ;)

If have stocks, we do 1-to-1 replacement. Remember we don't entertain rma from overseas like Amazon, ebay, etc. :look:

I don’t get how some people expects distro to help RMA overseas-bought goods.

Because distro should work for free right? They are obliged to waste time waste money to help rma amdkzon's shitz right?

If online oversea is still cheaper by a considerable amount, people will still buy from oversea.

Doesn't matter if you have 2, 3 or 4 AMD distro locally when the pricing isn't good.

Yes, you get fast 1-1 rma, but most people will put money before rma thinking and just hoot from oversea.
