I have the following aio and since yesterday, my pc can't boot due to high cpu temperature at bios. Over 90 degree. I open my case to check and the aio fan is still spinning. Is there a pump failure and what other troubleshooting can I do before removing it for rma? This system is 3 years old already.

Only troubleshooting you can do is to check whether 3pin/4pin or SATA power is connected. If still connected and temps remain high that means spoil liao.

You can take a look at the fan speed/flow rate for the MB header connected to the pump. If zero, that means dead pump.

doesn't matter which header on the MB so long as it is the one the PUMP is connected to
