corsair ram problems

Hi...
I realised that whenever I plug rama and ramb tgt... my comp will freeze....

Ran memtest for 3h 4passes on both ram
No error..

Ran my cpu with ram2, no problems


So cfm ram1 gt taiji...
But where got change. Distributor where

Or maybe your IMC/mobo got taiji instead...

Best is to bring CPU/mobo & RAM to distro and test.

i used to have that problem too.. i got 4 ram. 1 of it is faulty.
ran memtest no issue..
so i just took out the suspected faulty 1.. (RMAed once)
my PC never hang anymore.. (especially gaming)

Where to rma for corsair ram and what are the procedures

hit em up with a email...
within minutes...

they replied
today went down to ubi there

3rd floor... say for rma.
gave me the new ones
