Corsair strafe mx silent issues

Hi Pros,

Anyone got similar issues for the keyboard stated above?

1) register twice when press key once
2) certain key not registering

Lastly, who should I contact for these problems?
Corsair or convergent? Keyboard less than 6 months.

Convergent if bought locally
