Been researching this HDB development for a few days and went to view a unit last week and admittedly the exterior and corridor is really rundown. However, we are quite please after entering the units. Noise levels are acceptable, windy and such. The location is also very convenient for me and its one of the youngest HDB in the area.

However, the general comments here are quite bad, saying that its one of the worst projects. As we are quite inexperience, can anyone shed some light on the reasons?

As this will be our first HDB, hope to get some expert advices on this development to see if we missed out anything before we consider this seriously.

I used to stay at 528B, level 13 for 6 year before I sold it, first owner. Everything was pretty good for me so I not use what are you mean by general comment are bad? I guess it really depend on the neighbour and which block are you looking?

How would you know what you missed out unless there’s comparison with other units and other precincts ? If this is your first HDB and resale, you need to quickly view a few more units in Pasir Ris and maybe also Tampines to compare and gain ground experience/knowledge.

just curious, at 13th floor generally still a lot of ground level noise? is it windy in general?

haha asking as I am moving to a 13th floor resale hdb too.

Noise level from ground floor, I cant hear unless it is damn loud. My unit was facing the whitesand so it is pretty windy.

If no mrt track sounds can be heard then acceptable. Opposite construction of integrated mall, so something to look forward to

If u like..y care other opinions? U stay or other pple stay?
