Costa is the budget end of Carnival plc's range of cruise lines. If the cruise's cheap, expect it to be like star cruise.

Celebrity is owned by the same management as Royal Caribbean, but positioned as a premium sister cruise line. Celebrity is targeting the middle aged/retiree market while royal is kids/youth so no direct competition between the two.

Just back from Natas.. Costa package promo for 4 adult & 2 kids in 1 Balcony
Classic & 1 Inside cabin are more lower then RC promo For Nov 2016.
Costa cheaper by around $800.
Now thinking to go for Costa or RC..
