I bought something from them which came faulty twice. Salesperson (forgot his name) straight away give refund. No complain. No argument.
Got warranty RMA at distro what.
I hate pple who RMA at retail shop.
Cos sometime manufacturer defect or stupid users thought is a bug and stupidly send back to shop to RMA then up the seller no time to warranty and restock then spoil the experience for new buyers.

when I file a complaint with CASE, CASE advise consumers have rights to request for cash refund if the product defective.... after all this bloody shop already lost its integrity... I have no faith in whatever products they carry in the shop now.There should be a cool off period, i.e. 7 days exchange if faulty. To be fair, it may or may not be the store's fault, but considering some distros are really out of the way, for a low cost item, it makes no sense to bring it down.
After the cool off period, I agree that it is user responsibility to send it to the distro.
