As per my thread title under this NS-topic.

HWZF by right should be the concept of 'question and answers' and not digging for flaws and questioning those who contribute or have queries.

Well, just saying as this seems to be an issue here.

Whether u want to be a judge, or a like a fellow Singaporean who drinks kopi and chat together with u? Let every individual decide.

Unless to say, that "judge" is 100% perfect and more sure than everyone else.

By left, this is also why Singapore is a centre right political system. Centre means that we are not aligned. Centre right means that even though we are not aligned, we do what is right and therefore we enact a Constitution that we can cite. This far I am thankful that discussions here regardless of how nasty the words have been, are usually grounded on constitutional frameworks. If any topic falls into serious anarchist or inflammatory views, the Moderator does appear and moderate, to me this is good enough. Note however that this NS KB is a ground up resource it is not the General Orders of Mindef. How Mindef Budget is decided and how Mindef GOM is dictated is not open for public questioning even in the Parliament. I personally feel that this forum is headed the correct direction.

Generally agree with the purpose of what a forum is meant for, and that is like you say ' question and "answers" '

Everybody may have a different definition of what "answers" entails. to me people should not expect to receive "answers" here as unless it is a "personal experience" thing, nobody here has the authority to confirm whether something is indeed THE "answer".

People may not know where to find THE "answer", a forum can provide the direction to THE "answer", but whatever is to be articulated here should not be treated as THE "answer", as the person articulating it will not be liable for whatever wrong information he/she gives.

So if someone makes a definitive claim about something and unable to back himself/herself up, he ought to be able to justify himself/herself when probed.
