Of course not. This is the same as a run on the bank, the bank cannot pay everyone at the same time.If all citizens withdraw cpf $$$$$$$$ at the same time, does the Govt has enough $$$$$$$$ to return to owners?!?!
that is called a "bank run".. most banks will not have so much "cash" on hand. they are all distributed to do investments.
