Anyone working in CPF Board is subjected to the Official Secrets Act. By revealing information without being sanctioned by CPF, the person will be may be fined and jailed (up to 6 months).

So I doubt anyone who is privy to such information, will post this.

Previously no limit. My clients declare obscene bonuses.

Bonus got limit also, but not sure which year it was introduced. Retrenchment payouts (say 6 months salary) also can boost your cpf a lot, but got limit also.
