Ok. Back to other reasons i opt for ERS.

Based on CPF's info/website:

ERS 2025 at 55 yo = $426,000
Savings in your RA at 65 yo = $628,600

Monthly payout = $3,330 (standard) starts at 65
It takes 11 yrs (76 yo) to receive $439,560 (more than the $426K amount at 55 yo)
It takes 16 yrs (81 yo) to receive $639,369 (more than the $628,600 compounded)

If you need more cash (but your monthly payout will be lesser).
Before CPF Life starts at 65, you can also withdraw the 20% of your RA balance.
[ 20% of your RA balance as at age 65 excluding, generally, any cash top-ups, CPF transfers and government grants, less $5,000 ]
