Difficult to get the t bills allocation.

How difficult or troublesome can it be to get t-bill allocation? Had you just bid at 3.5% in the last 6 Auctions you would have gotten full allocation. Each month your OA remains idle where it is, you are forgoing the extra interest that OA would generate. It was worth the 45 minutes queueing when I got T-bill at 4.4%. Now with my OA in T-bills it's generating extra $763 interest per month, better than even my idle money in SA

Although I still have some OA to bid for the next Auction, I am reluctant to queue as it only gives extra $80 per month, if COY is at 4.5%.
