under what kinda of load? Stress test using prime/ada64 or gaming, also the picture you gave does tell us much, did you overclock? Did u activate your mother board auto OC? Do you gaming in room temperature(Singapore)or air-conditioned?
By assumption(room temperature, not OC and only game load), cpu going that high is quite unusual, since games only take most 50% cpu usage. You gpu temps for gaming is slightly high is its a non blower style card. This shows signs of bad airflow, this is cause either by poor case design or weak intake fans. If you GPU is blower style then its normal. For cpu if under game load and this is your temperatures, stop the overclock ( if you have any), either resit the cpu cooler (maybe bad mounting) or get a new cpu cooler. Also did you apply thermal paste properly?
