CPU and GPU High Temps (Normal?)

Hello, please advise whether the temperatures of my CPU and GPU are acceptable at these levels at load. Thanks!

under what kinda of load? Stress test using prime/ada64 or gaming, also the picture you gave does tell us much, did you overclock? Did u activate your mother board auto OC? Do you gaming in room temperature(Singapore)or air-conditioned?

By assumption(room temperature, not OC and only game load), cpu going that high is quite unusual, since games only take most 50% cpu usage. You gpu temps for gaming is slightly high is its a non blower style card. This shows signs of bad airflow, this is cause either by poor case design or weak intake fans. If you GPU is blower style then its normal. For cpu if under game load and this is your temperatures, stop the overclock ( if you have any), either resit the cpu cooler (maybe bad mounting) or get a new cpu cooler. Also did you apply thermal paste properly?

When playing game, world of warcraft patch 8.1.

I did switch on auto OC to boost at 4.7Ghz and was gaming in room temperature (singapore)

My gpu is non blower style card (gaming x trio ) with triple msi torix fans. Case is fractal design mesify c with 2 intake fans.

The cpu cooler, cryorig h7 plus was mounted by SLS builder and i did not see if they apply thermal paste but the tube of thermal paste that comes with the cooler was untouched.

Your cpu would have been cooked if they never apply thermal paste. They use their own one maybe. Or even if they use the one inside H7, you might not notice as it only takes a small drop of thermal paste, which that tube can last about 7-10 applications. Turn off Multi Core Enhancement (MCE, or whatever your mobo call it. Google for answer.) from your BIOS. This will disable all core boost to 4.6ghz and limit only 1 or 2 cores to reach there while the other cores boost to 4.3GHz. Will lower your temp of your cpu while you game.

WOW isnt a very demanding game. Try going to your bios and adjust the fan curve for your front intake and CPU fan. Get more fans if needed since you are using an aircooler airflow is important.
Use msi afterburner to adjust the GPU fan curve too. What resolution you game on?

ALSO dont use auto OC, they tend to use unnecessary high cpu voltage for the OC, what is your CPU vcore? If its above 1.35v then it is over excessive since with that voltage most people can achieve 5 ghz. Manual OC is better, but it will take sometime to stress test for stability. If you are uncomfortable dont do it, lack of experience will kill your cpu, but if you still want to try there are guide on youtube.

Download HWinfo64 to measure your system stats, it is a much better software. Check your vcore and idle temps.

my casing is unable to accommodate more fans because the gpu is too long at 31.5cm, otherwise i will be able to add in another fan in the middle to enable x3 fans intake. gaming on wqhd 1440p single monitor. i will check out that software, thanks!

Guys I managed to achieve lower temperatures for both CPU and GPU.
Sufficiently good for 1-2 (Max 3) hours of use per night.

Changes done to environment
1. Singapore air conditioned room at 21 degrees
2. Using a Muji fan to blow high airflow directly into the frontal portion of the meshify casing
