CPU backplate reusable for new cooler ?

Sorry I lack expertise on this. Basically I am thinking of change my CPU cooler to h80i but would like to know if I can leave the backplate on the motherboard and just install the h80i on it.
Is backplate reusable ? Problem with haf x and current cooler is that I can't remove the backplate wo removing the motherboard first.

Even if it does I thikmnk the screws are different.
