CPU Builders Bro, Please advice

Hi bros this is my first cpu ever, but i've done intensive research and readups on the review online.

Budget less than $1100

Purpose: Photo editing and Mid graphics during gaming,

Games that i look forward playing on this pc would be , BF4, Missing Dogs, GTA5 , World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, Dota2

SC2 is more CPU intensive then GPU intensive, due to all the microing. better chk benchmark fps for SC2.

Btw.. does the gtx 760 with jetstream make a big difference?
