Cpu cannot switch on

It seems that my cpu died on me at e wrong time. I tried to switch on, but its not able to boot up. I have tried changing the power cble attached to my cpu but still unable to boot up. All i see is a flashing blue light at the power button. I do not know what is wrong. Might be a problem with my PSU or mobo. I hope someone here can enlighten me.

open up side panel. try turning it on and see if heatsink fan/exhaust fan spins. if it doesn't, try borrow a spare psu and test again.
next should be your mobo, but mobo dam lecehlah.
and remember to test with the least component connected.
