Cpu cant on

Hi, i need some advise. I just built a pc by myself, once i press the on button. The cpu on for 1 second and auto cut power. Whats wrong with it?

Just boot with motherboard, CPU, RAM and onboard video(if no onboard video, then gfx). Reseat the RAM if it still persist.

i can on now, i forgot to plug in the 4pin connector. But now theres no display on my monitor when the cpu is running
